TriBeCa is a neighborhood in Manhattan, New York. The name stands for the "Triangle Below Canal Street." It runs roughly from Canal Street south to Park Place, and from the Hudson River east to Broadway.

TriBeCa was an industrial district that in the past ten years has undergone a major revitalization and luxury real estate boom. Many warehouses have been converted to high-end luxury residential lofts and new businesses which emerged make the neighborhood much more like a community than an industrial real estate district. Residents like their neighborhood for its diversity, as well as for the solitude and harmony achieved by mixed zoning.
